PARTY ROOM USE/CLEAN UP/EXIT: To keep everything running smoothly for all scheduled parties, everyone in party must exit the party room by the end of your party room time. Please make sure the following is completed before your party time ends: All gifts must be opened during your reserved party time and inside the party room. Gift opening is not permitted in public area after your time ends, as it affects available seating, creates additional cleanup, and disrupts accommodations for other guests. Leftover cake, cupcakes must be taken to your vehicle. Continued eating or lingering with cake in public areas after your room time ends may result in loss of your deposit. All decorations, personal belongings, and gifts must be removed from the party room.
EXCESSIVE CLEANING: Our staff takes care of the standard party cleanup- that’s one of the perks of celebrating with us! Examples of what may be considered excessive cleaning include: Excessive food (pizza, cake, ice cream etc.) ground into the carpet, food fights or intentionally smashing cake into another guest’s face, use of confetti, glitter, silly string, or similar party materials. These situations significantly extend cleaning time and may affect other parties.
Babies and toddlers under 32” are not charged to enter if they are just watching. If spectator baby/toddler would like to skate, a party ticket can be used, or general admission and skate rental would be charged. Bounce Quest playground admission would be charged if they would like to play in the playground.
SPECTATORS: (watching, not skating) To help create a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests, everyone entering the facility must have a ticket or paid admission. Please note: Five complimentary spectator tickets come with your party package. Spectators (parents and adults age 21 and over who are not skating, just watching) may enter using a party spectator ticket or by paying spectator admission at the ticket window. We offer a discounted rate for parents and adult supporters who are simply there to watch. If a spectator chooses to skate, they can join in the fun anytime by paying the difference for skating admission and skate rental (if needed). Guests under age 21 would either use a party ticket or pay regular admission to enter, whether they plan to skate or not. If you’re expecting a large number of adults, we offer spectator bundles that include admission for group of non-skating spectators. These can be purchased in advance when booking your party or on the day of your event.
