Membership FAQ
How long is a skating membership for?
All roller skating memberships begin with a three-month commitment. After the initial three months, the membership continues on a month-to-month basis. Billing is based on the date you sign up, not the calendar month.
Is skate rental included with a membership?
Skate rental is not included with a roller skating membership. Skate rentals may be purchased at the ticket window on the day you skate.
What if our family has more members than what's included in the package?
You can add an additional child or adult membership, purchased separately, to fit your family’s needs.
Can memberships be used for homeschool skate sessions?
Yes! Individual, family, and adult roller-skating memberships may be used during homeschool skate sessions, making memberships a great option for homeschool families.
Under what circumstances can Jumpin' Jupiter revoke a membership?
Jumpin’ Jupiter Skate Center reserves the right to revoke a membership if:
- A child is dropped off and engages in misconduct
- A child is not picked up promptly at the end of the skating session
- The membership is misused, shared, transferred, or used by someone other than the registered member
When can we start skating with our membership?
After your purchase, you’ll get an email showing your status as “pending.” Hang tight – once it’s activated (usually within 24 hours), you and your family can roll on in and have some fun! Once your membership is confirmed, the status will show “active”.
What do I do once I receive my email showing my pending membership status?
Once your membership is purchased, you’ll receive an email showing your status as “pending.” Scroll down the email, you’ll see two buttons: one to add your membership to Apple Wallet and one for Google Wallet. Simply add it to your phone, and when you come in to skate, just show us your digital membership at the ticket window…you’re ready to roll!
Can memberships be used for special events?
Roller skating memberships are valid for public skate sessions, with discounted price on special events.
Are memberships transferable to someone else?
No. Roller skating memberships are non-transferable and may only be used by the individual or family listed on the account.
Is a roller-skating membership worth it?
Yes. A roller skating membership offers unlimited visits, exclusive member perks, and major savings compared to paying per visit. It’s a great option for families, adults, and individuals who love to skate regularly.
Are there times during the year when the rink is closed?
Yes. During the summer season and while monthly passes are active, there may be scheduled closures. These typically include around the 4th of July and the last week of August, leading up to the start of the school year. Any closures are communicated in advance.
Can I cancel my roller skating membership?
Yes. Memberships may be cancelled after the initial three-month commitment. To avoid being charged for the next month, cancellation must be submitted at least seven (7) business days before your renewal date. Click here to request.
