Public Birthday Party FAQs

SPECTATORS: (Not skating, just watching)

To help create a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests, everyone entering the facility must have a ticket or paid admission. Please note: Five complimentary spectator tickets come with your party package. Spectators (adults age 21 and over who are not skating, just watching) may enter using a party spectator ticket or by paying spectator admission at the ticket window. We offer a discounted rate for parents and adult supporters who are simply there to watch. If a spectator chooses to skate, they can join in the fun anytime by paying the difference for skating admission and skate rental (if needed). Guests under age 21 would either use a party ticket or pay regular admission to enter, whether they plan to skate or not. If you’re expecting a large number of adults, we offer spectator bundles that include admission for group of non-skating spectators. These can be purchased in advance when booking your party or on the day of your event.

BABIES/TODDLER SPECTATOR: (Up to 32” tall)

Babies and toddlers under 32” are not charged to enter if they are just watching. If spectator baby/toddler would like to skate, a party ticket can be used, or general admission and skate rental would be charged. Bounce Quest playground admission would be charged if they would like to play in the playground.

10 MINUTE DROP OFF:

Parents dropping off children at a party, have 10 minutes to enter and get their child settled and exit the facility. They would not be charged the spectator fee. Nor would they need a spectator ticket.

20 MINUTE PICK UP:

Parents picking up children at the end of the party, can enter 20 minutes before the party is over, and would not be charged the spectator fee.

PARTY SCHEDULE:

Please arrive at the scheduled party time. Parties will not be let in before this. Upon entering the facility, please go to the Ticket Window to pay the remaining balance of your party and pick up your party tickets. (Party tickets are your guest’s admission tickets). Please give the party tickets to your guests as they arrive to your party. Your guests will receive a party wristband and skate rental (if needed). We will get your beverage and food order at that time also. You can locate your party room by finding the sign with the birthday person’s name on it.

Please make sure the following is completed before your party time ends: All gifts must be opened during your reserved party time and inside the party room. Gift opening is not permitted in public areas after your time ends, as it affects available seating, creates additional cleanup, and disrupts accommodations for other guests. Leftover cake, cupcakes must be taken to your vehicle. Continued eating or lingering with cake in public areas after your room time ends may result in loss of your deposit. All decorations, personal belongings, and gifts must be removed from the party room. If any guests were dropped off, a responsible adult must remain with them until their ride arrives.

DEPOSIT:

A $75 deposit is required to reserve your party. This deposit does not apply towards the party balance. Refunds will be issued within 10 days and back to the original credit card used or by JJ check. JJ reserves the right to make the final decision regarding refund eligibility.

IMPORTANT: The $75 deposit may be partially or fully withheld if your group does not vacate the party room on time or if excessive cleanup is required due to messes beyond normal party use.

EXCESSIVE CLEANING:

Our staff takes care of the standard party cleanup—that’s one of the perks of celebrating with us! However, if excessive cleaning is required, it may result in partial or full deduction from your deposit. Examples of what may be considered excessive cleaning include: Excessive food (pizza, cake, ice cream etc.) ground into the carpet, food fights or intentionally smashing cake into another guest’s face, use of confetti, glitter, silly string, or similar party materials. These situations significantly extend cleaning time and may affect other parties.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Deposit is not refundable if you cancel your party. Deposits may not be transferred to another party date with less than 10 days advance notice. New party date is based on availability.

PAYMENT TYPES:

Payment of cash and all major credit cards accepted. Please no checks. Sales tax is not included in package.
