SAVING YOUR PARTY SPOT: To secure your party date, a $200 deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit holds your reservation and gets the party rolling!

GUEST COUNT ALERT: Everyone’s part of the party – whether they’re gliding on wheels or cheering from the sidelines. That means kiddos, parents, grandparents, and all the awesome adult’s count! And since there’s unlimited pizza and pop, everyone gets to join the fun and the feast!

BALANCE OF PARTY: The party balance is due 10 days before the big day – one awesome person handles the whole payment, so no paying separately at the door! If your guest list grows beyond 50, no worries – just include those extra friends when you settle your final bill 10 days before the party.

Additional “add on” items can be added on the day of your party too, such as party bags and tokens.

SKATE MATES: Got beginner skaters in your group? No worries! We offer Skate Mates – handy little helpers that can be pushed on the rink to give beginners some extra balance and confidence. And the best party? Yep, they’re totally complimentary. That’s right – free to use and ready to roll!

Please Review Before Booking

DEPOSIT/BALANCE/CANCELLATION:

A few important (but friendly!) party details:

To lock in your celebration date, a $200 deposit is required. Just a heads-up – this deposit doesn’t count toward your final party balance and isn’t refundable if the party is cancelled. If you need to move your party, please give us at least 14 days’ notice to transfer the deposit to a new date. For weather – related cancellations, no worries – we’ll happily reschedule for a time that works best for everyone!

EXCESSIVE CLEANING:
The deposit also covers any excessive cleaning fees. Our amazing staff will handle the normal party cleanup – that’s one of the perks of partying with us! But to keep things fun and clean, here are a few no-nos: no food fights, no smashing cake into someone’s face (even if it’s tempting), and please skip confetti, glitter, and silly string. Excessive messes take extra time to clean up, and we want to keep the party rolling smoothly for everyone.

EXIT: We also ask that all party guests, including cake, gifts and personal belongings, exit the building within 15 minutes after your party ends. our team needs this time to get everything ready for the next group of skaters and partiers. If some guests are waiting for a ride after the party, please stay with them until their ride arrives.

DEPOSIT REFUND:
If everything goes smoothly, your deposit will be refunded back to the credit card used or a Jumpin’ Jupiter check within 10 days after your party. We do reserve the right to make the final call on refunds, but we’re all about good times and happy parties!
