All roller-skating membership begin with a three-month commitment.   After the initial three months, the membership continues on a month-to-month basis.  Billing is based on the date you sign up, not the calendar month.

After you purchase your membership, you’ll receive an email showing your status as pending.  Once your membership is activated (typically within 24 hours), you can start skating based on the membership type you selected.  Whether an individual, Family or Adult package.  When activation is complete, your status will update to active.

After activation, you’ll receive a confirmation email with the option to add your membership to your Apple Wallet or Google Wallet.  We recommend adding it before your first visit.  While we do have Wi-Fi available, access can sometimes be limited, so having your membership ready in your wallet makes it quick and easy to locate and scan at the ticket window.

Please note: A clear, individual photo is required for each person on the membership.  Group or family photos are not accepted.  The photo must be of the person listed on the membership.  Missing or unclear photos may delay activation of the membership.

Skate rental is not included with a roller-skating membership.  Skate rentals may be purchased at the ticket window on the day you skate.

If your family size exceeds what’s included in the Family Membership, you may add an additional child or adult membership separately to best fit your family’s needs.

Yes!  Both the Child Membership and Family Membership both include one free spectator parent or guardian.

Child Membership:  The parent or guardian must enter the facility at the same time as the child.  Any additional parents arriving later will be charged the regular session spectator fee.

Family Membership: At least one parent or guardian must enter with at least one family member and remain with them for the entire session.  Drop-offs are not allowed.  Additional parents arriving later will be charged the regular session spectator fee.

Yes!  Individual, family, and adult roller-skating memberships may be used during homeschool skate sessions, making memberships a great option for home school families.

Memberships are valid for our standard public skating sessions.  Special events, like themed skate nights, holiday celebrations, private parties, or sessions with added entertainment, may have separate admission fee.  Members are always welcome to join the fun, but these events are not included in the membership.

If you’re ever unsure whether an event is included, just check our website calendar.  Each event listing will note whether the membership applies, if it’s included for members, or if there is a special member rate or additional fee.

Memberships are valid for one public skating session per visit.  This is typically relevant for Saturday afternoon sessions when session times overlap.  Members may choose which session to attend but cannot stay for multiple overlapping sessions.

The 10% discount on public session birthday party packages applies to individuals listed on the membership.  Anyone who is not a member is not eligible for the discount.

If the party host is not a current member, we encourage them to join to receive the birthday party discount and other membership benefits.

Members receive 10% off food and drinks at the Milky Way Cafe by showing their membership wristband at the concession counter at the time of purchase.  This discount is valid only for members listed on the membership and is intended for member’s personal use.

Using the membership discount to purchase items for non-members is not permitted and may result in the membership being revoked.

Yes, Members receive 15% off all skates and accessories at the Skate Shop.

Please note:  This discount does not apply to special promotions, such as free passes with a skate purchase or other limited time offers.

No.  Roller skating memberships are non-transferable and may only be used by the individual or family listed on the account.  Each member is assigned a specific child or adult and cannot be shared, transferred, or used by siblings, friends, or guests.  Every skater must have their own active membership.  This helps us to ensure accurate check-ins and maintain the safety and security of all our skaters.

Yes.  During the summer season and while monthly passes are active, there may be scheduled closures.  These typically include around the 4th of July and the last week of August, leading up to the start of the school year.  Any closures are communicated in advance.

Yes.  Memberships may be cancelled after the initial three-month commitment.  To avoid being charged for the next month, cancellation must be submitted at least seven (7) business days before your renewal date. Click here to request.

Membership fees are non-refundable.  We understand that plans change, and occasionally session may be missed due to illness, or brief rink closures for maintenance or private events.  This includes credits, rollovers, or partial refunds.

Jumpin’ Jupiter Skate Center reserves the right to revoke a membership if:

• CHILD MEMBERSHIP: When a child is dropped off without a parent or guardian remaining on site, the member is expected to follow Jumpin’ Jupiter safety rules and behave in a respectful manner.  behaviors such as bullying, unsafe skating, damage to property, or not following staff instructions may result in disciplinary action.  Repeated or serious violations may lead to suspension or termination of the membership without refund.
• CHILD MEMBERSHIP: A child is not picked up promptly at the end of the skating session.  Parents or guardians are expected to pick up their child on time at the conclusion of each session.  Repeated late pickups disrupt staffing and daily operations and may result in the membership suspension or termination. If you anticipate being late, please notify a staff member as soon as possible.
• The membership is misused, shared, transferred, or used by someone other than the registered member.

Yes.  A roller-skating membership offers unlimited visits, exclusive member perks, and major savings compared to paying per visit.  It’s a great option for families, adults, and individuals who love to skate regularly.
